‘suisuee’ ships worldwide. Most of our products are handcrafted, most pieces are made to order and will need to be pre-ordered as stated in the product page which takes around 10-25 working days to complete. Delivery Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once the product is completed. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
*Customs duties will be applied upon delivery for non-EU countries.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped to the address supplied when the order is placed, by DHL or by UPS depending on the region. When your order is ready, we will email your tracking number and estimated delivery time. Delivery times depend on the destination and typically take 24 to 72 hours after shipment.
We offer flat rate shipping
Germany: free / 1-3 working days Including handling time.
Europe: 12 euro / 2-4 working days Including handling time.
South Korea: 20 euro / 7-10 working days depending on location
Rest of World: 30 euro / 3-6 working days depending on location.

*Important: We do not cover customs and duty payments for orders outside Germany and the EU. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract with suisuee, without having to provide any explanation or pay any penalty. This right applies provided that the product is returned in its original condition, neither worn nor washed, within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
Returns for Non-Faulty Products
If you are unhappy with your purchase for reasons not related to product defects or faults, you may return it for a refund. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the initial shipping cost (Germany €8 / EU €15 / South Korea €25 / Rest of World €35, even in cases of free shipping promotions). The return shipping fee will be your responsibility. Please contact us at contact@suisuee.com to initiate a return.
Returns for Faulty Products
If your product is faulty:
- Please inform us by email at contact@suisuee.com including all details of the order and a description of the defect.
- Products must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.
- Where possible, products should be returned:
- With both products and all packaging in their original condition (as far as possible)
- Securely wrapped
- Including our delivery slip
- Marked as ‘Return’ on the external packaging
- At our cost (the return shipping costs for faulty products will be borne by suisuee)
Exchange & Returns Limitations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
For all other products, you may return or exchange your unused item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the original order. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@suisuee.com.
We only accept returns if the products have not been worn, are fully intact, and placed in the original packaging. We cannot take responsibility for damage or loss of any items during transit back to our studio. For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are not covered by suisuee.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will analyze and approve your request. When we receive and process the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 working days, and you will receive a notification email from us.
Ring Sizing
Before ordering rings, please use our ring size chart to order the right size. If you are unsure about your size, you can contact us at contact@suisuee.com
Refund Process
After receiving your package and inspecting the items, your refund will be credited to your account according to the payment method you selected.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for non-faulty returns. We also do not offer refunds for uncollected packages.
